Brant Point Lighthouse
In all my 53 years living in New England, this was my first visit to the island of Nantucket.
This particular weekend was the islands 41st annual daffodil festival. The island was abuzz with locals and tourists alike for the festival. Not only were many people dressed for this annual event...so were their pets, their children and even their vehicles.
Let's not forget that we were on an island....
